Our experienced engineers, technicians, machinists, welders amongst others working at our own factories can produce both mass production and custom designed parts and elements for many different industries.
We produce in aluminium, stainless steel and sheet metal of such materials.
Gronsedt Technology has chosen to certify our factories according to the ISO 9001 principles. Also, we have chosen to use SGS, which is one of the highest ranking companies in their field, for our certification and audit.
Certification requires a quality management system that provides an overview of the company’s work and business processes and gives clear definitions of processes and values. It is thus an effective management tool for monitoring, evaluating and correcting the company’s actions.
The quality management system goes hand in hand with other systems in our company. For example total quality management, quality pricing models, LEAN, business process reengineering and activity based costing.
If you need a copy of our ISO certificates for our factories, please write to our office in Denmark.
We are also always happy to have you visit our factories, so that you as a customer can see for yourself how organised and price-conscious we are.
You can read more about the company we use to audit our factories via the link below.
We produce virtually all types of parts with different finishes from linear brushing to circular brushing, to glass blasting and electropolishing.
We can produce most parts and product types with different surface treatments; glass blasting, anodising and many more.
Our factories are equipped with several specially designed production lines for mass production, so we can supply most of what our customers demand – even as private label.
Gronsedt Technology’s warehouses are certified according to the applicable occupational health and safety legislation in the countries we operate in and have also achieved the EN 15635 – Steel Storage Systems certification.
EN 15635 is a European standard that provides guidelines relevant to the safe operation of storage systems. The guidelines help minimize the risk and consequences of unsafe operation or damage to the storage system.
The annual inspection/certification reviews all static storage structures and systems for defects, damage and deficiencies, that no illegal modifications have been made, fire and escape routes are clear and goods in storage are safely and securely placed on shelves and racks.
It must be safe for employees to work and visitors at our warehouse must also be able to move around safely.
Our warehouse in Denmark has received the ‘Elite warehouse’ basic audit certification according to EN15635 in the latest audit in May 2023.
